As KMRF explains, poverty and unemployment in poor countries often prevent people from accessing medical care. Medical consultations and medicines are part of KMRF’s work of service. Explore the 2024 camp in Srimangal, and contact KMRF about current health support.

A day at the Srimangal camp
People arrive, wait their turn and sit down with doctors. Medicines are prepared and consultations take place. KMRF’s 2024 camp film follows these moments across the event.

Masha'Allah, it went very well. We received medicines and saw the doctor. We told the doctor about the problems we had; the doctor wrote them down and explained everything to us.
The doctor treated us very well. We also received medicines. We felt good about it. [A short phrase is unclear.] We are happy.

I express my gratitude to everyone who has stood with me and supported this initiative. May Almighty Allah grant a good reward for this service through the wasilah of this great wali of Allah [wasilah is retained from the original speech].
A little while ago, a passage was recited from the Quran [the surah and verse reference is unclear]. In accordance with Allah's guidance, may all of us, including myself, share in those blessings.
I also pray to the Almighty Lord for the men and women who have come here in need. They may have been deprived of treatment from a prominent doctor throughout their lives. We will try to make this treatment a means through which, by Allah's will, they may recover and be free from illness.
I humbly pray to Almighty Allah to remove the illnesses of the patients who are here. Come, let us begin our programme.

Why KMRF serves

In accordance with the instructions of that great saint, today's Khwaja Mozammel Hoque (R:) Foundation works in three areas. Medical care is provided to poor and distressed people in need. From time to time, through medical camps of this kind, we try to provide care on a larger scale.
